I am now a Research Scientist at Facebook, working on Ads and Video Monetization.
I got my PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University, where I was fortunate to be advised by Professor Yoav Shoham. My research interests lie in the intersection of computer science and economics, particularly in the economics of information. I am fortunate to be supported by a Stanford Graduate Fellowship.
I was very lucky to be mentored by Jaron Lanier and W. Brian Arthur during a summer internship at Microsoft Research in 2013. Our work was briefly mentioned in a recent issue of Scientific American (November 2013).
Previously, I was in the Natural Language Processing Group where I worked on deep learning with Professors Chris Manning and Andrew Ng. Before coming to Stanford, I graduated from Harvard University in 2010 with a B.A. in Applied Mathematics/Computer Science and a minor in Economics.
