UDP Gateway Module
A bridge module between the control module and GRIP module to allow
higher network performance in WAN.
Current bugs or problems
How to execute this module
- execute ~dlin/io/gripServer/udpGateway.sun4 on Underdog
or ~dlin/io/gripServer/udpGateway.iris4d on SGI workstation
- rerun GRIP to establish UDP connection to the gateway
instead of direct connection to Kybern control program.

Ideas for improvement
- Optimize information transmission between control module and GRIP
by switching between TCP and UDP connections as traffic on the network changes.
