Files show the statistcial significance of over occurence of timing motifs across conditions. Each row corresponds to a different condition (a total of 76 conditions, see list of timcourses in Tables/time_courses.html) Each column corresponds top a different timing motifs. Each entry in the table has two values. Both are log10(p-value). 1. The first (left) is the empirical p-value using monte-carlo shuffling. 2. The second (right) is obtained by fitting a gamma distribution to the set of values obtained using shuffling (see figure 2 in main text, and method section).
