Visualizing individual variations in a large-scale regulatory network |
GenViewer visualizes regulatory networks, such as the output of the algorithm Lirnet, at different level of detail. Birdseye view shows the expression levels of all genes in each microarray dataset. A detail view of module shows a list of regulators, expected module expression, computed mean expression of the module and expression levels of the module members.
