The European Symposium on Algorithms covers research in the use, design, and analysis of algorithms as it is carried out in computer science, discrete applied mathematics and operations research, with emphasis on questions of efficiency. Papers are solicited describing original results in all fields of algorithms research, such as Parallel and Distributed Computing; Computational Geometry; On-line Algorithms; Combinatorial Optimization; Pattern Matching; Data Structures; Neural and Genetic Computing, and so on. Submissions: Authors are invited to submit 15 copies of an extended abstract or full draft paper of at most 12 pages to the chairman of the Program Committee, before March 22, 1996.
