Congratulations to Oussama Khatib on receiving the title of Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite (English: Knight of the National Order of Merit) from the government of France. The French order of merit was established in 1963 with support from Charles de Gaulle. Membership in this order is awarded by the President of France.
