• Full Averaging

  • Sum over all structures
  • Usually intractable---there are exponentially many structures

• Approximate Averaging

  • Find K largest scoring structures
  • Approximate the sum by averaging over their prediction
  • Weight of each structure determined by the Bayes Factor
