This section between Hurikot
and Dunai was particularly beautiful and diverse. We
crossed our first pass above 5000m (Kagmara La) surrounded
by many peaks. Then we reached the stunning Phoksumdo
lake. Finally, we descended toward Dunai
along the narrow gorges of Suli Khola
river. At the end of this section, Dunai
was a very nice small town where we spent a half-day of rest and had our first
night in a bed at the Blue Sheep Inn.
