Park of the Saadabad complex. Located on the foothills of the Alborz mountains, the Saadabad complex was a royal summer residence during the Qajar and Pahlavi dynasties. Last picture below: when the Shah was deposed in 1979, his giant statue was destroyed; only the legs and boots have been left.
