Browse by gene sets

Each module was originated from a combination of several gene sets, where the gene sets include: clusters of coherently expressed genes from a variety of studies ('Clusters'), genes expressed in specific tissue types ('Tissue'), and genes belonging to the same functional category ('GO') or pathway ('GenMapp' or 'KEGG'). For each gene set, you can see below all the modules that originated from it, as well as the source of the gene set.
