Clinical annotations Based on information provided in the respective studies, we annotated all arrays with 283 biological and clinical attributes, including tissue and tumor type, diagnostic and prognostic information, and molecular markers. You can download these attributes in a GeneXPress readable format or in Excel format. Alternatively, for each clinical annotation, you can also view all the individual experiments that received this annotation.
